📋 Description

• Lead multiple complex pre-sales and solution consulting projects • Oversee product consulting activities to ensure successful outcomes • Define and implement consulting strategies aligned with organizational objectives • Drive continuous improvement in product consulting processes and methodologies • Collaborate with senior leadership to influence the product consulting function • Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback • Represent product consulting in strategic customer discussions and negotiations • Mentor and guide consultants in project execution and customer interactions • Support and co-lead consultative engagements • Identify, develop, and share best practices, case studies, and process improvements across the global team • Provide market and customer feedback to Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners • Provide advice and support to Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional partners • Understand and defend solutions and capabilities against competitive offerings • Lead contributions to RFI/RFP responses and co-own executive summaries of RFx responses • Lead and organize customer trials, proof of concepts, and similar engagements • Configure and set up bespoke customer requirements in a demo environment • Develop thought leadership materials and participate as a subject matter expert in marketing campaigns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience • 7+ years of Intellectual Property experience • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role • Experience working as an IP Paralegal (preferred) • Salesforce experience (preferred) • Presentation or demo experience (preferred) • Previous experience in an IP consulting role (preferred)
