📋 Description

• Manage and publish digital content across various online platforms following established processes and quality standards • Create, update, and maintain web pages and digital materials as needed • Review, edit, proofread, and optimize content for accuracy and engagement • Support search engine optimization (SEO) efforts through content updates and best practices • Conduct quality assurance reviews and resolve issues • Monitor content schedules and project timelines • Track and prioritize tasks across multiple projects • Review performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement • Prepare regular status updates for clients and internal stakeholders • Assist with creative and administrative tasks, and manage digital assets • Organize files and project documentation • Communicate professionally with clients regarding project updates • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution and client satisfaction • Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong WordPress experience including creating pages, duplicating templates, formatting content, and managing website updates • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and comfortable updating URLs, title tags, meta descriptions, and on-page optimization elements • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Confident communicating professionally with clients through email • Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Ability to refine AI-generated content into engaging, high-quality, conversion-focused copy • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously • Attention to detail delivering accurate, polished work • Comfortable working with tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Sheets, Canva, and project management platforms • Proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment • Willing to work in a US time zone schedule
