📋 Description

• Process energy rebate requests accurately through data entry and validation • Meet outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Contribute to process improvements in a team-based environment • Maintain production, accuracy, and critical-error standards • Follow standard operating procedures • Develop new skills for new programs and tasks to meet supervisor-set utilization goals • Work scheduled shifts, including possible evenings and Saturdays during periods of increased volume • Remain on the phone throughout the entirety of the shift

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry is a plus • Resourceful and inquisitive with high energy • Strong organizational skills • Experience with Microsoft Office applications is a plus • Flexibility with schedule; split shifts may be required • Schedule may change with minimal notice • May be asked to work evenings and/or Saturdays during increased volume • Internet speed of at least 10 Mbps upload and 20 Mbps download • Ability to hardwire internet directly to router • Dedicated home office space free of personal disruptions • Two power connections • Must be able to remain on the phone throughout the entirety of the shift • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations
