📋 Description

• Serve as the complimentary administrator of a growing energy-efficiency program for residential utility customers in Oregon • Coordinate and help facilitate client, utility and internal team meetings • Contribute to program and project delivery with non-profits, utilities, government agencies and other external stakeholders • Manage programs to build internal capacity for culturally relevant client and residential services • Maintain communications with clients, internal contributors, external collaborators and customers; gather participation feedback • Provide oversight and guidance to implementation teams • Prepare, analyze and review reports and spreadsheets for accuracy, completeness, errors and eligibility • Provide strategic recommendations to clients based on administrative and field staff feedback • Convey complex ideas through brief, simple materials

🎯 Requirements

• 4-10 years combined work experience, including experience supporting non-profit organizations, residential contracting, community organizing, environmental advocacy, energy efficiency, weatherization programs and/or project management • Comfort working in Microsoft Office • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Asana is a plus • Bilingual communication skills are a plus, though not required • Strong writing, reporting and presentation skills • Customer service orientation • Ability to work with minimal supervision and communicate progress of task completion • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work under stress, interruptions and tight deadlines • Strong attention to detail and quality; organized and process-oriented • Problem solving, analytical, process-oriented and computer skills • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with applicable federal, state and local transportation regulations
