📋 Description

• Ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally • Support individual programs, projects, or processes, or entire functions and the company at higher levels • Manage data, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement • Communicate directly with clients, customers, or trade allies when needed • Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and Program/Operations staff • Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence • Process payments • Gather, enter, and track data, ensuring quality • Adhere to program, practice, and operations guidelines • Export predesigned reports • Offer support for staff and program meetings

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and projects with multiple deadlines • Proactive and clear communicators • Accountable to commitments and reach out for support when needed • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
