📋 Description

• Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, and Program/Operations staff • Track and verify program paperwork, files, and correspondence • Process payments • Enter, gather, and track data • Assure data quality • Export predesigned reports • Support smooth delivery of projects and programs internally and externally • Adhere to program, practice, and operations guidelines • Contribute to coordination, metrics and reporting, data management, and process definition and improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years’ experience in a detail-oriented, organized, and analytical environment • Experience using Microsoft Suite • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
