📋 Description

• Lead participant onboarding, orientation, training, and enrollment paperwork • Provide ongoing, person-centered customer support to participants and employees regarding program requirements, technology, employee management, issues, and corrections • Serve as the primary liaison between participants, employees, state agencies, case management agencies, and internal departments • Provide initial Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) training and support participants and employees with EVV and other program systems • Serve as a subject matter expert on state program rules, regulations, and internal policies • Document participant and stakeholder communications through Customer Support tickets, monitor issues and trends, and ensure timely resolution and follow-up • Manage program communication and administrative systems • Support program monitoring by tracking participant success, service quality, caseload needs, and other program metrics • Coordinate with supervisors and internal departments to address participant concerns, grievances, personnel matters, and contracted service requirements • Maintain a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency, including timely response to calls, emails, and inquiries

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or other human service fields preferred • Experience with or knowledge of State programs • Ability to pass Department of Human Services background check • Valid Driver’s License and Valid Car Insurance • Ability to drive, as needed, to meet the needs of the Program Coordinator role • Must be located in the state of South Carolina
