📋 Description

• Schedule candidate interviews • Launch background checks and manage the offer process • Coordinate candidate interviews and associated travel • Communicate interview details, directions, dress code, and logistics to candidates • Enter and maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System • Consult with Hiring Managers to determine candidates progressing to formal interviews • Solicit and document interview team and candidate feedback • Assist Hiring Managers with final candidate selection • Use Applicant Tracking Systems, professional/social networking platforms, and employee referral programs to source, screen, and present qualified internal and external candidates • Build consultative relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates • Manage negotiation and offer processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience • Bachelor’s degree preferred • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
