📋 Description

• Evaluate product and technical requirements; provide accurate effort estimates, identify risks, and propose implementation approaches • Design, implement, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant product functionality • Collaborate with Product Management to review designs, present prototypes, and iterate on solutions balancing customer value, technical quality, and delivery timelines • Own features or services across the full lifecycle, from design through deployment, monitoring, and support • Identify opportunities for improvement in architecture, tooling, and development practices • Perform code and design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality, maintainability, and consistency • Ensure software meets established quality standards through testing, design reviews, and adherence to best practices • Participate in a virtual immersive to learn Unanet’s product, team, and tech stack • Join a Scrum Team and understand the current product offering and roadmap commitments • Help the team work on technical infrastructure backlog items • Deliver on the product roadmap and partner with Team and Tech Leads to improve the team and tech stack

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full stack Java experience (Java 8 or higher) in complex enterprise software • 4+ years experience with modern front-end frameworks, preferably React • Experience with MVC, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery • Experience designing, implementing, and consuming RESTful APIs and event-driven integrations • Strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for solving complex, ambiguous problems • Proficiency with data modeling and database design, including strong SQL skills • Demonstrated experience leading and participating in incident response, root-cause analysis, and postmortems • Prior experience with Git, Tomcat, modern CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and Kubernetes • Experience with responsible usage of AI coding assistants to improve development speed and quality • Experience building AI agents and skills • Experience with GoLang • Strong communication skills with ability to work collaboratively and remotely • Bachelor’s in Computer Science
