• Lead the ground-up build of the new company website • Implement the website design delivered by the design agency partner • Own all website code changes, optimizations, and technical implementation for the new site and integrated eCommerce platform • Provide ongoing technical support for the eCommerce platform post-launch, including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and feature enhancements • Partner with the Marketing team to translate design and content requirements into working, on-brand website solutions • Coordinate with Enterprise Applications & Systems on changes requiring alignment with billing/CRM systems or other business-system integrations • Participate in QA and testing cycles before go-live, validating content, functionality, and commerce workflows • Serve as the primary technical owner of Clearwave Fiber's website transformation and eCommerce launch
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining custom, enterprise-scale websites on WordPress, including theme customization and page building • Experience implementing designs from Figma (or similar design tools) into pixel-accurate, responsive web pages • Familiarity with eCommerce platform integrations • Expert level knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP • Knowledge of common web performance and SEO best practices • Experience with version control, multi-environment webops platforms, and change managed release cycles • Comfort working with APIs and system integrations, ideally including CRM and marketing automation platforms • Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with Marketing, external agencies, and Enterprise Applications stakeholders • Ability to manage a project independently, including day-to-day prioritization against a defined milestone plan • Successful background checks, drug screenings, and reference checks required • Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Ohio, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, or Texas
