📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, and secure qualified, diverse, and inclusive talent at all organizational levels • Provide timely communication and positive interactions with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process • Serve as a brand ambassador while promoting key initiatives in a fast-paced environment • Recruit primarily for pharmacy-focused roles, including nationally certified technicians, pharmacists, and senior leadership roles as needed • Build partnerships with management across multiple departments and provide high-touch communication with hiring managers and interview panels • Act as a consultant on recruiting best practices • Evaluate external market trends and internal employee turnover for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions • Identify qualified talent with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion • Conduct position intake meetings with hiring managers to align job descriptions and postings with hiring needs • Develop and implement creative, cost-conscious sourcing and recruiting strategies using LinkedIn and other professional networks • Perform full lifecycle recruitment functions • Manage job requisitions, candidate stages, communications, recruiting metrics, and reporting in the ATS • Identify and maintain recruiting metric goals • Serve as an employer-brand ambassador at remote and in-person events as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 5 years Recruiting/Talent Acquisition experience for both exempt and non-exempt roles • At least 3 years of recruiting experience in pharmacy spaces (retail, specialty, hospital) • Knowledge of ATS systems and navigation • Knowledge of BambooHR a plus • Expertise in posting jobs in compliance with state and regulatory requirements
