📋 Description

• Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions • Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media • Clearly communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications to candidates • Manage an independent recruiting business and schedule • Connect CDL Class A commercial truck drivers with driving opportunities across the nation

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in high-volume recruiting, talent acquisition, sales, or the commercial trucking/transportation industry is a major plus • Experience with CDL driving, dispatching, or freight management is a major plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Persuasive personality • Comfortable using basic recruiting software (ATS), social media platforms, and phone systems • Strong organizational skills • Discipline to manage a remote work structure independently • Must be self-motivated and able to build and manage a pipeline independently • Ability to connect commercial truck drivers with open carrier positions • 1099 Independent Contractor arrangement
