📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, and close • Meet regularly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs • Keep hiring managers updated on pipeline progress • Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, and engineering communities • Build strong candidate pipelines • Keep the hiring process organized and moving • Maintain accurate records in Ashby • Ensure candidates have a positive experience • Share hardware talent-market observations and pipeline data with the TA team and hiring managers • Support the Manufacturing, Test, and Operations Engineering organization as it scales multi-day energy storage systems • Fill hardware engineering roles across mechanical, electrical, equipment, and test

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience • 2+ years recruiting for Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering roles • Experience recruiting for hardware or equipment roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter • Ashby experience is a plus • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple searches at once • Collaborative, flexible approach • Comfortable working in a lean team • Must be legally eligible to work in the United States • Must indicate whether visa sponsorship is needed
