📋 Description

• Consult with Human Resource Services, Talent Acquisition and management across the organization to identify and resolve compensation-related initiatives and issues for assigned client groups • Lead major Compensation projects and participate in Human Resource-related projects • Interface with Human Resources representatives to support understanding and administration of direct and indirect compensation programs • Audit Compensation programs and their application for compliance with internal policies and local, state and federal laws and guidelines • Analyze market and legal trends to assess compensation competitiveness and regulatory compliance • Mentor and train lower-level analysts • Lead moderate to complex compensation initiatives involving job evaluation, internal equity, market reviews, survey participation and compensation analysis • Manage incentive compensation programs by reviewing eligibility criteria, completing scoring and award calculations, and maintaining compensation rules and structures • Partner on executive compensation, incentive programs, international compensation reviews, physician compensation and Workday Extend initiatives • Contribute to the build-out of incentive programs in Workday Extend, including technical compensation processes tied to system configuration • Work independently and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field • Eight years of Compensation experience • Critical thinking skills • Decisive judgment • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to sit for extended periods of time • Normal or corrected vision • Dexterity sufficient to perform work utilizing a personal computer • Ability to perform duties in multiple facilities and locations • Must comply with the annual influenza prevention program, including vaccination or an approved exemption • All offers of employment are followed by testing for controlled substances
