📋 Description

• Lead complex compensation initiatives focused on job evaluation, internal equity, market reviews, survey participation, and compensation analysis • Develop consistent and equitable pay programs • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations • Maintain market competitiveness across relevant labor markets • Serve as a subject matter expert in compensation administration • Manage large compensation projects and processes • Assist in developing and guiding other compensation caregivers • Provide expertise in Executive Compensation, Incentive Programs, International Compensation, Sales Compensation, and other specialized areas • Review and apply incentive compensation eligibility criteria • Complete scoring and award calculations • Maintain compensation rules and structures • Partner on specialized compensation initiatives • Support incentive compensation, the Mission Impact Plan, physician compensation, international compensation review, and Workday Extend initiatives • Manage incentive compensation work and build out the incentive program in Workday Extend • Manage the Executive Compensation process • Consult with Human Resource Services, Talent Acquisition, and management to identify and resolve compensation-related initiatives and issues • Lead major, complex Compensation projects and participate in Human Resource-related projects • Consult on Workday solutions specific to the Compensation function • Interface with Human Resources representatives regarding administration of direct and indirect compensation programs • Audit Compensation programs for compliance with internal policies and local, state, and federal laws and guidelines • Analyze market and legal trends to assess compensation competitiveness and legal compliance • Mentor and train lower-level analysts • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field • 10 years of Compensation experience • Critical thinking skills • Decisive judgment • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Ability to sit for extended periods of time • Normal or corrected vision • Dexterity sufficient to perform work utilizing a personal computer • Ability to perform duties in multiple facilities and locations • Must comply with annual influenza vaccination program or obtain an approved exemption • Employment offers are followed by testing for controlled substances
