📋 Description

• Establish the operating model, processes, controls, and team structure for a scalable Order-to-Cash function • Hire, develop, and lead the team as the business grows • Establish policies and guidelines for pay-as-you-go and commit billing models, invoice adjustments, collections strategy, and billing systems change management • Serve as subject matter expert for new product/process introduction initiatives • Own the billing systems technology stack mapping metered usage to contract entitlements and billable usage • Partner with Billing Engineering and Finance Systems teams • Drive system and process improvements, including AI adoption, automation initiatives, and integrations • Maintain strong accounts receivable health through aging reviews, collections coordination, and resolution of billing inquiries • Support monthly accounting close activities, including contract reviews, reconciliations, usage trends, invoice trends, AR write-offs, and analytics • Support external audits and manage OTC-related PBC requests

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive order-to-cash and billing operations experience • 5+ years focused on billing and collections in a SaaS or technology company • Experience with automation tools and ERP systems, such as NetSuite, Stripe, and Salesforce CPQ • Experience with marketplace platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and reports • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret complex contracts and data sets • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Ability to present financial insights clearly • Experience designing and maintaining internal controls and documentation for audit readiness and SOX compliance
