📋 Description

• Design and develop end-to-end data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Logic Apps, and related Azure services • Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for structured and unstructured data from multiple sources • Implement data models, data lakes, and data warehouses in Azure • Perform big data transformations and analytics with Azure Databricks • Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance in Azure SQL/SQL Server • Integrate streaming and real-time data solutions using Event Hubs, Kafka, or Azure Stream Analytics • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance, including RBAC, encryption, monitoring, and logging • Implement CI/CD pipelines for data solutions using Azure DevOps, Git, ARM Templates, or Terraform • Lead enterprise Power BI architecture and administration • Design scalable semantic models unifying data from disparate systems • Author and optimize complex DAX measures and calculated columns • Embody and promote environmental, social, and economic justice and sustainability practices • Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and practices • Monitor suspicious activity and report it through necessary channels • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal resources across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Finance, or related field • 8+ years of overall IT experience with a focus on data engineering; banking or financial services industry a plus • Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL, and Azure Data Lake • Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, PySpark, Python, or Scala • Proficiency in Python, Spark, or Scala for data transformations • Strong knowledge of SQL, performance tuning, and query optimization • Experience with big data platforms and distributed systems • Knowledge of financial products and services, applicable regulations and laws • Ability to interpret financial reports and legal documents • Broad knowledge of business banking products and services • Ability to work Eastern Standard Hours • Authorization to work in the U.S. verified through E-Verify
