📋 Description

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for Delinea's non-human identity portfolio • Own the roadmap, execution, and lifecycle for DevOps Secrets Vault (DSV) and Account Lifecycle Manager (ALM) • Balance customer outcomes, technical investment, competitiveness, and business priorities • Define and deliver NHI capabilities for machine identities across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from ideation and market analysis through execution, launch, and optimization • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand needs and validate requirements • Partner with engineering, design, architecture, sales, marketing, support, and customer success to prioritize and bring capabilities to market • Define adoption and success metrics and use data to inform prioritization and measure impact • Track NHI, machine identity, and AI-agent security trends to evolve the roadmap and maintain competitive differentiation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in security or identity infrastructure software • Strong understanding of non-human and machine identity concepts, including secrets management, service accounts, certificates and PKI, API keys, tokens, and workload identity • Familiarity with SPIFFE/SPIRE, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, X.509, mTLS, and workload identity federation • Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, cloud-native, microservices, DevOps, and CI/CD ecosystems • Ability to independently own product areas, roadmap strategy, and end-to-end execution in complex environments • Ability to translate customer insights, market dynamics, and business priorities into product direction • Technical background or strong understanding of software development processes and product architecture • Experience with Agile methodologies and delivering outcomes in fast-paced product organizations • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Up to 25% travel
