📋 Description

• Begin the sales route with provided appointments, leads, and marketing materials • Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs • Walk through customers' homes to assess opportunities • Educate customers on products and services • Follow sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with home organizational needs • Close deals and sell requested products • Provide closet design recommendations and complete sales • Help homeowners transform spaces with custom organizing systems

🎯 Requirements

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed • Coachable candidates • Growth mindset with willingness to complete 1-week paid sales training • Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance • Must be comfortable entering a residential home, providing closet design recommendations, and completing the sale • Ability to attend a face-to-face meeting with a Sales Manager • Must be available to attend a week-long paid training on October 19
