• Partner with Sales to drive the technical evaluation and pre-sales process • Lead product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concepts • Understand customer DevOps workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure • Translate technical requirements into CloudBees solutions that meet business needs • Act as a technical liaison between customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering • Support RFPs, security questionnaires, and architecture discussions • Stay current on DevOps trends, competitive landscape, and CloudBees product updates • Help influence product roadmap by sharing customer feedback and insights
• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role • Strong understanding of DevOps concepts, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or similar • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment • Background as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or SRE (preferred) • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements
