📋 Description

• Lead a team of 3–6 engineers developing multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud data management capabilities • Lead and inspire the team across security, communication tools, infrastructure provisioning, management, containerization, and service enablement • Deliver solutions in service and customer-private form factors across on-premise and cloud environments • Mentor and coach team members to support professional growth and career advancement • Influence platform and product definition, technical architecture, engineering quality, and modern project delivery practices • Collaborate with high-performance individuals across teams and geographical locations • Address complex distributed-systems challenges and build foundational control-plane and data-plane software powering CDP at scale • Work with product, data science, and engineering teams to drive innovation and standardize best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years of related management experience • Experience in technical leadership or people management roles; willingness to transition into a people management role is acceptable • Strong background in public cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) • Expertise in security, infrastructure provisioning, containerization, and service enablement • Advanced Java and Python programming skills • Experience in Go and Javascript is a plus • Strong expertise in developing, deploying, and operationalizing systems in production • Knowledge of Linux environments, networking, and container technologies such as Docker • Experience with CI/CD solutions such as Jenkins • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across different geographies • Passion for coaching and developing team members • Not eligible for immigration support or relocation
