📋 Description

• Own the digital employee onboarding experience, including equipment orders, management, account setup, and provisioning • Manage software and hardware vendors, including research, sourcing, and procurement • Maintain the global inventory of laptops and licensed software • Serve as the go-to person for access, configuration, and support of company-wide SaaS and deployed systems • Assist with managing and transforming cloud infrastructure and networks • Manage VPNs and other restricted-access systems • Assist with business and technology experiments involving new technologies, tools, processes, and techniques • Help manage and improve compliance frameworks and certifications, including SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR • Represent Bitwarden in the SecOps domain and broader community through forums, conferences, articles, and customer support • Participate in interviews with Recruiting, the Head of Information Security, and the team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing equipment and software across a distributed, remote, and decentralized global workforce • Experience implementing and refining IT and security compliance frameworks • Ability to maintain discretion, handle sensitive information, and maintain security best practices • Stay current with trends and new technologies • Collaborative and adaptable mindset • Excellent communication skills • Enthusiasm for open source and better internet security • Excellent problem-solving skills • Nice to have: User of Bitwarden • Nice to have: Experience rolling out and supporting MDM tools across macOS, iOS, Windows, and Android • Nice to have: Azure and cloud infrastructure best practices, operations, monitoring, and maintenance • Must be based in the U.S. • Bitwarden does not offer visa sponsorship at this time
