📋 Description

• Assist Loans Servicing and Originations processes by handling general tasks assigned by Operational Support • Review calls and/or customer accounts to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations • Coordinate with internal teams for timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues by providing necessary information and supporting team members • Complete operational tasks within deadlines and alert supervisors of delays or issues • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle tasks professionally • Identify and report issues to management promptly • Maintain knowledge of Exeter’s policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal laws • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 0-3 years general work experience • Experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a business or operational setting • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness in completing tasks • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members • Ability to follow established procedures and work collaboratively in a team setting • Comfortable working with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
