📋 Description

• Serve as Delivery & Installation audit champion and coordinate audits with installation partners • Collect, analyze, and report monthly Delivery & Installation KPIs • Identify root causes and develop corrective actions to improve operational performance • Analyze M1 quality reports and provide targeted training as needed • Monitor and communicate partner scorecards and performance gaps • Lead initiatives improving the customer delivery and installation experience • Facilitate monthly partner meetings focused on NPS performance and improvement opportunities • Develop and contribute to Delivery & Installation SOPs • Use LifeTrac and other systems to support continuous improvement • Support digital customer experience initiatives including Project Pinnacle and TechSee • Coordinate installation partner training and facility scheduling • Own and facilitate ALM training requirements and compliance reporting • Provide hands-on coaching and technical support to field installation teams • Lead field audits and provide technical expertise for delivery and installation quality • Evaluate potential 3PL providers and support RFP initiatives • Partner with Order Management, Service, Quality, Program Management, Engineering, Sales, and other teams • Lead or support D&I projects as subject matter expert and project leader • Provide data, analysis, and recommendations for regional and global D&I initiatives • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in delivery and installation operations, field service, operational performance management/KPIs, or with installation/service partners • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations • Experience managing KPIs, metrics, and performance improvement initiatives • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Decision-making and problem-solving abilities • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Collaboration and teamwork skills across functions and organizational levels • Ability to coach, train, and support field teams • Hands-on delivery and/or installation experience strongly preferred • Strong customer-service mindset focused on quality and customer experience • Experience with external partners, contractors, or 3PL providers preferred • Willingness to travel up to 75% • Preferred technology experience: Oracle, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI), LifeTrac, Power BI, ALM, knowledge base platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
