📋 Description

• Own the execution of high-priority cross-functional commercial programs by defining project plans, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, resolving dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery • Lead execution across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and external partners • Manage strategic partnerships by establishing governance, aligning objectives, driving executive engagement, resolving risks, and overseeing partnership execution • Develop analytical models, dashboards, and performance trackers to monitor results and inform commercial decisions • Prepare executive presentations, reports, and recommendations that frame strategic options and guide leadership and partner decisions • Translate commercial priorities into actionable plans with owners, timelines, deliverables, and accountability • Design and implement scalable processes, tools, templates, and reporting mechanisms to improve operational effectiveness • Advise on enterprise risks, challenge assumptions, recommend solutions, and maintain alignment across high-stakes initiatives • Build understanding of CPH’s strategy, products, partnerships, and operating model • Independently own a portfolio of commercial initiatives and partnership workstreams • Lead complex initiatives from planning through execution and strengthen partnership performance

🎯 Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare technology, or a similar execution-focused role in a high-growth healthcare organization • Strong preference for experience in Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, payer-provider dynamics, healthcare operations, business operations, program management, partnerships, or cross-functional execution • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities • Experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or dedicated program management role is a plus • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Experience managing external partner or customer relationships • Advanced proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and Google Sheets • Experience building financial models, dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools • Excellent written and visual communication skills • Ability to create executive-ready presentations and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, healthcare operations, and payer-provider dynamics • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs • Ability to influence and drive results through organization, collaboration, communication, and execution rather than formal authority
