📋 Description

• Accountable for daily operations and achieving KPIs for multiple locations within the assigned district • Build a high-performing team through recruitment, selection, onboarding, development, and retention of store associates • Ensure excellent service and high customer satisfaction within the district • Maintain accountability for sales, profitability, and debt management • Execute marketing strategies aligned with regional and company strategies • Monitor store performance against established goals • Interact with the Regional Operations Manager on store performance, sales, marketing, operations, and staffing • Lead implementation of new products and services • Perform monthly store visits and audits of each location to ensure operational, legal, and compliance procedures are followed • Oversee and facilitate compliance training, monitoring, and remediation • Engage with corporate business partners • Execute people leader duties, including timecard approvals, performance management, training completion, team metrics, and associate career growth objectives • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience • Prior management of business operations in a multi-unit environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs • Excellent time management, organizational skills, written and verbal communication, problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills • Must have own personal reliable transportation in compliance with published policy and procedure • Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed by the company • Ability and willingness to consistently live and embrace core values of accountable, inclusive, transparent, and focused • Must be able to travel to all stores within the assigned district and to other districts within the region • Up to 50% travel with overnights expected
