📋 Description

• Maintain, design, and implement security tools and technologies • Monitor and control the performance and status of security systems • Optimize system resources to enhance the effectiveness and security of the environment • Use software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose information security tool and system problems • Provide second- and third-tier operational support • Participate in projects as required • Analyze, design, develop, and implement security solutions protecting information assets while enabling business functionality • Provide information security expertise and consulting to internal IT, business staff, and stakeholders • Perform product and solution lifecycle management, ensuring capacity, integrity, and availability of security systems • Align technologies with CNO’s strategy and information security framework • Plan, design, implement, and maintain security-related technologies • Ensure new and existing products conform to information security policies, standards, and best practices • Research emerging technologies in support of enterprise operations • Review new and existing system designs for compliance with security standards and best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity or related technical discipline • Exposure to Certificate Management, Cloud Application security tools, endpoint security tools, web application firewalls, certificate management, and/or MFA • Passion for staying up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends • Prior experience leveraging AI-driven technologies, such as AI agents, to enhance cybersecurity operations • Strong networking experience • At least one relevant cybersecurity or IT certification, such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent • All work must be performed within the United States • Occasional travel to corporate offices may be required
