📋 Description

• Develop and implement data architectures aligned with business needs using Snowflake for data warehousing, data lakes, and data engineering • Design and implement data solutions for BI, ETL, and AI/ML • Assist with migrating data from legacy systems to Snowflake • Ensure data accessibility, security, and regulatory and industry-standard compliance • Design and implement Snowflake data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and loading from various sources • Design and implement Snowflake data models considering relationships, data types, and storage requirements • Monitor and optimize query performance, data ingestion, and transformation processes • Collaborate with business users, data engineers, data scientists, and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions • Evaluate and select tools and technologies for data integration, transformation, and analytics within the Snowflake ecosystem • Provide technical leadership and guidance to data engineering and data analytics teams • Own overall technical solution design and recommend best-practice solutions based on client needs • Facilitate discovery sessions and translate findings into documented technical requirements and solution designs • Provide technical guidance for Salesforce.com and other SaaS applications supporting business and product strategies • Lead strategy and digital roadmap projects in complex business environments • Shift clients to alternative solutions when initial solutions are not a fit

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture or technical consulting for cloud data platforms with multiple workstreams • Deep understanding of Snowflake architecture and capabilities • Knowledge of data modernization methods and practices • Strong expertise in dbt • Experience with large-scale databases, data warehousing, Snowflake or Databricks, ETL, analytics, cloud technologies, data engineering, and data science • Strong verbal and presentation abilities for communicating with clients and prospective clients at all organizational levels • Ability to articulate the relationship between data and Customer Relationship Management (Customer360) • Demonstrable ability to shift clients to alternative solutions, with supporting examples • Demonstrable experience leading strategy and digital roadmap projects in complex business environments • Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, cloud technology, business intelligence, and CRM products • Experience with JavaScript, Python, and SQL, or Salesforce App Development with LWCs, Apex, and Flow • Deep understanding of architecture patterns and API management, including real-time streaming • Knowledge of dimensional data modeling, including Bronze, Silver, Gold, Kimball, or related methods • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience • Implementation or sales experience in Salesforce Data Cloud • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM technology, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Industry Clouds • Hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions such as Einstein, SageMaker, and Vertex; solid understanding of generative AI • Hands-on experience designing data solutions on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform • Hands-on expertise with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker • Experience may be evaluated based on alignment with core competencies, including extracurricular leadership, military experience, or volunteer work
