📋 Description

• Drive the definition, delivery, and adoption of new product features and ecosystem integrations • Lead next-generation deliverables from user discovery and roadmap prioritization through go-to-market execution • Align product development with pressing challenges in security workflows • Champion strategic product direction across the organization and serve as a subject matter expert on industry developments and defensive security operations • Represent customer needs and bring the customer voice into the development process • Collaborate with Product Design, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, engineering teams, and stakeholders • Manage next-generation platform feature deliverables and make tactical prioritization decisions • Develop expertise in pentesting best practices and demonstrate product details to technical and business audiences • Define, track, and interpret product success measures throughout the product lifecycle • Lead go-to-market readiness, including launch strategies, internal training materials, and customer-facing collateral • Evaluate cybersecurity tools within customer security environments to inform product development

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Product Management • 3+ years experience in cybersecurity tools, including vulnerability management or offensive security platforms • Demonstrated ability to discover new opportunities and define and deliver products • Strong technical skills and ability to debug and improve integration offerings alongside customers • Strong customer and stakeholder empathy • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Strong bias for action, creative thinking, innovation, and data-driven product decision-making • Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously • Experience with agile software development • Experience working with global team members • Hands-on experience with DAST/SAST scanners, vulnerability management systems, or pentest workflow platforms • Ability to articulate how security teams use cybersecurity tools to identify, prioritize, and remediate risk • Ability to translate complex security concepts into documentation, user guides, and release notes • Full-time availability from October through the end of February, with no planned extended absences or vacations during the contract period, excluding recognized company holidays
