The firm provides accounting, taxation and auditing services (including SMSF auditing), business management advice, and computer consultancy and support for accounting software such as Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks, serving small to medium businesses, primary producers, trades and not-for-profits.

📋 Description

• Act as an owner representative for the client • Support the client’s Investment Lifecycle Management governance process for reviewing and approving capital projects and leases • Partner with project teams to ensure readiness for monthly governance meetings • Review and update capital authorization requests • Partner with capital and lease project teams to ensure readiness for monthly project review and governance meetings • Prepare concise, executive-ready written communications for capital governance committees • Lead cross-functional meetings with project teams to ensure concise, accurate, and complete capital authorization requests • Identify and lead continuous improvement activities, including process simplification, streamlining, and automation, to reduce ILM duration and improve efficiency • Update Investment Lifecycle Management guidelines and associated training materials • Understand ILM-related Global Finance Policies and Procedures to guide project teams and ensure compliance • Partner with Engineering Technical Authority, Project Management, Facilities Management, Site Engineering, Capital Finance, and Property Accounting teams

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated construction project delivery skills in a Project Manager or Project Controls Manager role • Experience with Capital Planning and Capital Project Approvals processes • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at various levels of the organization • Ability to progress actions on multiple fronts with multiple cross-functional project teams • Tenacity and flexibility • Proficiency in digital tools/AI • Portfolio Management experience preferred • Experience working for a client organization in the above areas preferred • Pharma/biotech experience preferred
