• Own social-first concepting and creative development for CodeAI • Develop original social concepts translating CodeAI’s mission, campaigns, and moments into platform-native ideas • Set and evolve CodeAI’s creative point of view across platforms • Script, shoot, design, edit, caption, and publish social content end-to-end • Capture real-time content at conferences, keynotes, livestreams, and other high-visibility events • Create authentic, story-driven content featuring teachers, students, and partners • Monitor trends, formats, sounds, and platform updates and create timely content • Run creative experiments and use performance insights to improve future content • Manage daily engagement across social channels and escalate issues when needed • Grow and nurture communities of educators, students, parents, donors, and advocates • Monitor audience sentiment and inform content and messaging • Identify, vet, and build relationships with aligned influencers, creators, educators, and students • Write creative briefs and manage creator partnership deliverables, timelines, reviews, and publishing • Track partnership reach, engagement, and conversions • Collaborate with creative, marketing, PR, and paid media teams on campaigns, launches, advertising, content calendars, and planning • Track content performance with the Marketing Analyst and apply insights
• 8–10 years of experience creating content for brand or organizational social media channels • Portfolio of social-first work demonstrating strong graphic design and short-form video skills • Hands-on proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools • Proficiency with social publishing and analytics tools • Demonstrated instinct for trends, platform culture, and high-performing content • Strong writing skills and ability to match brand voice across platforms • Ability to collaborate across internal teams and manage multiple projects on a fast-moving calendar • Background or experience in AI, computer science, or a related technical field • Experience covering live events, working with creators or influencers, or creating content for education, nonprofit, or youth audiences preferred • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident • Work within the continental United States • Pass a pre-employment background check • Willingness to travel up to 20% for team events, conferences, and on-site content capture
