📋 Description

• Manage a team of 8 Solution Architects, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development • Set the standard for solution design quality, including guiding clients to existing functionality, documenting BRD/FRD, and designing future-state workflows • Foster a customer-engagement culture • Own escalations involving contested or technically infeasible solution designs or commercial commitments • Balance workload and account assignments across implementations • Partner with Solution Owners, Forward Deployed Engineers, Platform Configuration, QA, and Technical Program Managers to align solution design with delivery timelines • Represent Solution Architecture in cross-functional planning and with client executive stakeholders • Build repeatable training materials, templates, and playbooks

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar client-facing technical roles, including significant healthcare experience • 3+ years directly managing a technical team — solution architects, FDEs, technical consultants, or similar • Familiarity with large, complex platforms — claims systems, utilization/care management platforms, or similarly mission-critical enterprise systems • Demonstrated ability to lead and make decisions in ambiguous, fast-changing environments without waiting for perfect information • Strong technical judgment paired with genuine people leadership • Deep experience with payer operations, utilization management, or prior authorization specifically • Background scaling a technical team through rapid company growth is a plus • Experience presenting to and influencing client executive stakeholders is a plus
