📋 Description

• Build backend services for stablecoin issuance, onboarding, and operations • Integrate external partner APIs with internal systems to launch new international stablecoins • Own end-to-end feature delivery from technical design through production • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and tech leads on scope and implementation • Support smart contracts that mint, burn, and safeguard stablecoin supply • Partner with Stablecoins UX, Growth, and Ecosystem teams on rewards, incentives, and conversion features • Improve platform reliability and quality through tested code, observability, monitoring, and operational excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building and maintaining production backend services in a service-oriented architecture • Proficiency in Go • Exposure to blockchain fundamentals, including Ethereum or similar EVM chains • Experience evaluating, integrating, and operating third-party APIs and external partner systems • Ability to deliver features end-to-end with autonomy, from design through deployment and ongoing operation • Familiarity with distributed systems patterns • Track record of writing high-quality, well-tested production code • Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality
