📋 Description

• Own frontend technical strategy and architecture for financial reconciliation and operations products • Build and guide React and TypeScript applications for high-volume financial data, tables, filtering, visualizations, and transaction-level investigation • Lead auditable human-in-the-loop workflows covering validation, approval states, error handling, permissions, and review history • Define end-to-end contracts with backend and API teams • Establish frontend quality practices for testing, accessibility, performance, observability, feature management, and safe rollout • Drive ambiguous, high-impact initiatives across engineering, product, design, and Finance stakeholders • Partner with Finance and Accounting users to translate operational pain points into product and technical roadmaps • Mentor engineers and raise the team’s technical bar

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience • Significant experience building and shipping production web applications with React and TypeScript • Fullstack capability across frontend and backend services • Track record leading ambiguous, cross-functional projects from problem definition through rollout and iteration • Deep frontend architecture expertise, including state management, API integration, performance optimization, accessibility, testing, and observability • Experience building data-rich operational products, enterprise software, or workflow systems • Experience where accuracy and user trust are essential • Experience with financial systems, reconciliation, or payments preferred • Ability to influence technical direction across organizational boundaries • Experience creating alignment through written technical designs and product discussions • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight
