📋 Description

• Build and maintain features in Collabrix's SaaS product suite using NodeJS, ReactJS, Java, relational databases, and cloud platforms • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude and Copilot for coding, testing, and documentation • Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to turn requirements into working software • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to scalable system development • Support application deployment and monitoring in cloud environments • Troubleshoot production issues and take ownership of resolutions • Document work and contribute to knowledge-sharing practices • Work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month on alternate weeks under the six-day work model

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience in software engineering; internships and academic/personal projects count • Hands-on exposure to one or more of NodeJS, Java, ReactJS, relational databases, or cloud platforms • Experience or exposure to MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle is relevant • Experience or exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP is relevant • Willingness to use and learn AI-based programming assistants such as Claude and Copilot • Foundational understanding of software engineering principles through coursework, projects, or hands-on tinkering • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Curiosity and eagerness to learn • Strong problem-solving instincts and willingness to ask questions • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work across the stack • Collaborative, communicative, and quality-focused approach • Genuine interest in using AI tools for software engineering • Willingness to work on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturdays of each month on alternate weeks
