📋 Description

• Welcome clients into the College HUNKS family through inbound phone conversations • Share the company’s services, values, and differentiators • Turn inquiries into booked moving or junk removal jobs • Build genuine value and create urgency while helping clients choose the company • Represent the brand in every customer interaction • Manage a fast-paced, changing workload, including some evenings and weekends • Listen to clients’ needs, answer questions, and provide a customer-first booking experience

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and everyday internet tools • Comfortable using Windows, browsers, Microsoft 365, and Zoom • Ability to troubleshoot everyday technology issues • CRM experience is a bonus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build rapport, explain information clearly, and remain calm in difficult conversations • Ability to multitask during live calls while taking notes • Ability to identify client needs, create genuine urgency, and close confidently without being pushy • Empathetic, patient, customer-first approach • Coachable, detail-oriented, reliable, and collaborative • Availability for some evenings and weekends • Candidates must reside in the United States • Must demonstrate integrity and a strong work ethic
