📋 Description

• Develop, implement, nurture, and grow strategic partnerships with benefit consultants • Own consultant partnership strategy and execution for South Central firms • Develop a territory business plan and consultant partner playbook • Build one-to-one relationships with key partners in the target geography • Represent Color at conferences and events • Introduce Color’s comprehensive cancer solution to commercial partners in the benefits space • Present and demo Color’s solution at a highly professional level • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Health Plan Partnerships, Commercial Partnerships, Client Success, Clinical, and Product teams • Generate significant top-of-the-funnel opportunities • Work with Sales to mature deals to closure • Report directly to the VP of Consultant Relations

🎯 Requirements

• Established consultant and firm relationships across the South Central region • Demonstrated experience in complex commercial partnerships and/or B2B healthcare market • Strong project management and organization skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Willingness to travel 25–50% • Unrestricted right to work in the United States for any employer • No current or future requirement for company work authorization sponsorship • Experience in consultant relations, broker relations, or a similar partnerships role within employee benefits or B2B healthcare • Experience owning a territory or consultant partnership strategy that generated pipeline and supported enterprise deals through close • Experience presenting or demonstrating complex healthcare or employee benefits solutions to consultants and commercial buyers
