📋 Description

• Engage in administration and engineering activities focused on Microsoft 365 applications in a GCC High environment • Work incidents and tasks assigned to the Infrastructure Applications team • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Entra, and Power Platform • Interact with numerous users each day in a customer-facing role • Resolve issues quickly and drive customer satisfaction • Contribute beyond daily ticket support by optimizing and improving existing processes • Contribute to team best practices across multiple technical domains

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting Exchange Online • Experience supporting SharePoint Online and OneDrive • Experience supporting Microsoft Teams including voice (direct routing) • Experience supporting Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) • Experience supporting Entra and Active Directory • Good communication and customer skills • Strong Microsoft Office experience, particularly with Excel • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools as support requires • Ability to work independently and as part of a larger group to achieve team objectives • Ability to contribute to process improvements and best practices across multiple technical domains • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship • Education is optional
