📋 Description

• Own the multi-million-dollar paid media engine driving the commercial pipeline • Set strategy and execute the plan, pace the budget, manage the agency, and turn data into executive-ready insights • Report to FIS’s SVP, Global Head of Brand • Develop lead generation strategy across content syndication and paid social • Define objectives, channel strategy and investment plan • Forecast and allocate a multi-million-dollar program and shift budget toward effective channels • Lead the media agency day to day, set direction, challenge thinking, and drive testing and innovation • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to connect platform performance to funnel conversions • Communicate performance insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and the executive team • Work as a hands-on individual contributor

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in paid media with hands-on depth in B2B lead generation • Experience in financial technology is a plus • Track record of lead generation and growth strategies that drove pipeline and revenue beyond the click • Experience managing agencies with clear objectives and accountability • Working knowledge of SEO, website optimization and digital analytics • Strong collaboration across product marketing, demand generation, digital and creative • Confidence presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders • Strong communication and project management skills
