📋 Description

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned Giant Voice and mass notification implementation projects • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and risk from kickoff through final acceptance • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules, work breakdown structures, and project management plans • Coordinate site surveys, engineering design reviews, and installation planning with subcontractors, engineers, and installation stakeholders • Manage on-site installation teams and subcontractors delivering speaker arrays, controllers, network integration, and interoperability with existing systems • Ensure compliance with DoD UFC, IEM, cybersecurity/RMF, physical security, and access-control requirements • Manage system testing, commissioning, government acceptance, and interoperable emergency notification tests • Coordinate integration with AtHoc, Everbridge, or other agency-standard alert and warning platforms • Track and report project status, financials, EVM, risks, and issues to Commdex leadership and government customers • Manage submittals, as-built drawings, test reports, training materials, and closeout documentation • Ensure OSHA and USACE EM 385-1-1 safety compliance for work on active military installations • Manage change orders, contract modifications, and government correspondence • Coordinate installation access, badging, base-specific security procedures, and escort requirements • Support proposal efforts, price-to-win activities, and past-performance documentation as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management supporting federal government contracts • Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing implementation, upgrade, or sustainment of Giant Voice systems and/or emergency mass notification/warning systems for military or federal agency customers • Working knowledge of military installation processes, base access/badging, security requirements, and coordination with DPW, Emergency Management, Fire & Emergency Services, and IT/NEC organizations • Strong understanding of federal contract types, including FFP, T&M, and IDIQ/task order • Ability to manage subcontractors, field installation teams, and geographically dispersed stakeholders • Experience developing and maintaining project schedules using MS Project or equivalent, risk registers, and government status reporting • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to government program managers, contracting officers, and installation leadership • Willingness and ability to travel to CONUS and, as required, OCONUS military installations • Ability to work in outdoor and elevated environments • U.S. citizenship required • Ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance or installation access required by the contract • PMP certification is a plus • Familiarity with DoD UFC, IEM requirements, and DoD RMF for connected notification systems • Experience with American Signal Corporation, Federal Signal, or Whelen platforms and integration with AtHoc or other DoD-standard systems • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field is preferred; equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree • Experience supporting proposal development, price-to-win, or capture activities • Prior military or DoD civilian experience is a plus
