📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and build pipeline within assigned ambulatory accounts • Use outbound outreach, events, referral partners, and EHR ecosystem relationships • Lead consultative discovery into clinical, financial, and operational pain points • Map customer problems to the appropriate Commure products and run the full sales cycle • Identify cross-sell and multi-product opportunities • Position the full Commure platform rather than a single point solution • Partner with solutions engineering, implementation, and customer success for smooth handoffs and successful go-lives • Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce, including stage, close date, ACV, product line, and forecast category • Deliver reliable monthly and quarterly forecasts • Stay current on the ambulatory market, competitors, and payer and reimbursement trends • Meet quarterly and annual new-logo bookings targets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years selling SaaS, AI, or tech-enabled services into ambulatory healthcare • Track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a new-logo, full-cycle role • Experience selling to both clinical and financial buyers and building ROI cases for practice owners and CFOs • Working knowledge of ambulatory workflows, physician revenue cycle, and documentation challenges • Familiarity with ambulatory EHRs such as athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, NextGen, ModMed, and Epic Community Connect • Ability to sell a broad, multi-product portfolio • Strong Salesforce and pipeline-management discipline • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Experience selling clinical workflow, Ambient AI, medical scribe solutions, remote patient monitoring, or RCM services preferred • Existing relationships with medical groups, MSOs, or PE-backed physician platforms in the territory preferred • Experience selling into FQHCs or value-based care organizations preferred • Familiarity with MEDDICC or a similar sales methodology preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred • Must be eligible to work in the US; application asks whether sponsorship will be required
