📋 Description

• Serve as the primary business partner between FP&A and Finance Systems • Build relationships with FP&A analysts and Finance stakeholders to understand business challenges, data needs, and process requirements • Support and enhance Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and other finance technologies • Translate business requirements into system solutions and process improvements • Develop deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial controls, and data governance • Identify system, process, and data gaps and recommend solutions • Maintain reliable financial data and support source-of-truth systems and reporting structures • Support annual budgeting, forecast cycles, and financial planning through system readiness and maintenance • Build business cases and communicate the value and impact of proposed changes • Lead or support projects improving finance processes, reporting, data quality, and system functionality • Collaborate with technical teams, developers, and business partners to implement enhancements and resolve complex issues • Challenge existing practices and identify opportunities to improve Finance processes • Maintain a witness for Jesus Christ and support Compassion’s ministry • Advocate for children’s needs and report child-protection concerns through internal processes

🎯 Requirements

• Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ • Consistently demonstrate a courteous, Christ-like attitude • Uphold Compassion’s ministry in prayer • Commit to and prioritize child protection considerations • Abide by Compassion’s Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct • Uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered • 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance, financial systems, FP&A, business systems analysis, or a related field • 4–5 years of Workday Financials experience required • 2–3 years of Adaptive Planning experience required • Experience supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis processes • Experience with enterprise finance systems and translating business requirements into system solutions • Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasts, financial statements, cash flow, and reporting • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to bridge business and technology teams
