📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end creative production systems across print, digital, video, and other creative products • Serve as a bridge between creative teams and program stakeholders • Optimize resource allocation and standardize creative-production processes • Support brand consistency and ensure high-quality creative products are delivered on time • Lead project scheduling, task management, resource allocation, and vendor and freelance management • Manage creative projects from content receipt through final distribution and fulfillment • Balance in-house and external creative resources and anticipate production needs • Maintain creative technology infrastructure, including project management tools, digital asset management systems, and fulfillment pipelines • Manage freelance designers, videographers, editors, production agencies, and other creative partners • Match projects with creative professionals based on audience, format, and tone • Lead collaborative creative and video review sessions with program teams • Oversee commercial print and production partner relationships • Negotiate pricing, manage contracts, optimize production budgets, and conduct prepress/pre-flight checks, rough-cut reviews, digital proofing, and quality assurance • Create interconnected processes and implement standard operating procedures • Establish production-ready handoff protocols for incoming content • Coordinate preparation and delivery of creative assets across distribution channels • Direct fulfillment logistics, distribution, physical mailings, and inventory-management systems • Monitor inventory levels and distribution metrics, manage reprint cycles, administer creative-production and digital-asset-management tools, and support staff ordering materials • Provide functional leadership to external creative resources without direct staff supervisory responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in creative operations, project management, or production management within a marketing agency, nonprofit, or publishing environment • Experience managing freelance creative talent, contract negotiations, and commercial print procurement • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud workflows, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana • Experience with digital asset management systems and prepress file requirements • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Strong creative project and production management skills • Strong organizational and resource-management skills • Ability to manage tight deadlines, competing priorities, and high-volume production schedules • Ability to manage budgets, vendors, external agencies, freelance creative talent, and production partners • Strong contract negotiation, procurement, quality assurance, and production-management skills • Ability to bridge creative, technical, and operational requirements for non-technical stakeholders • Ability to influence, coordinate, and collaborate across teams without formal supervisory authority • Strong problem-solving skills • Advanced knowledge of creative operations, production management, and end-to-end creative workflows • Advanced knowledge of marketing and creative development processes • Advanced knowledge of print, digital, video, and multimedia production processes • Advanced knowledge of commercial printing, print procurement, prepress/pre-flight requirements, digital proofing, and quality assurance • Advanced knowledge of creative vendor, freelancer, production agency, and contractor management • Advanced knowledge of project scheduling, resource allocation, workflow management, and production planning • Advanced knowledge of digital asset management systems and multi-channel publishing platforms • Advanced knowledge of creative technology systems and project management platforms • Advanced knowledge of fulfillment, distribution, physical mailing, inventory management, and reprint processes • Experience developing and implementing standard operating procedures and production-ready handoff protocols • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and project management platforms such as Asana • Strong working knowledge of digital asset management systems, multi-channel publishing platforms, and Adobe Creative Cloud workflows • Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Slack, Zoom, and operational reporting dashboards • Must be able and willing to travel up to 15% of the time, including overnight travel • Professional certifications such as CAPM, Adobe Certified Professional in Print & Digital Media Publication, and Asana Project Management Certificate are preferred but not required
