📋 Description

• Identify, analyze, and optimize operational processes within the organization • Enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity • Use data-driven methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to streamline workflows and reduce waste • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements • Monitor outcomes and ensure the sustainability of improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Required) • 5 years of process improvement or healthcare management experience (Required) • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools • Master’s degree (Preferred)
