📋 Description

• Lead and continuously develop the Finance team in close collaboration with the CFO • Develop organizational structures, responsibilities, and governance within Finance • Optimize Finance processes, expand automation, and implement appropriate systems and KPIs • Lead and develop the People team • Ensure efficient and scalable People structures, processes, and responsibilities • Empower the People team to provide strategic support to business functions across recruiting, performance management, compensation, learning and development, and employee relations • Further develop People processes and tools to support managers • Efficiently implement strategic changes in collaboration with the executive team and Chief of Staff • Build and take responsibility for the Business Operations function • Further develop core company processes in data protection, legal, compliance, insurance, and corporate governance • Establish clear standards, responsibilities, and efficient administrative processes

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in a senior role • Experience leading and developing teams within complex, growing organizational structures • Broad understanding of business administration • Understanding of Finance, People, and Business Operations and how they interact • Experience adapting internal company functions, processes, and responsibilities to the needs of a growing group of companies • Solutions-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on approach • Clear communication and strong leadership skills • Confidently navigate differing interests and priorities • Fluent communication skills in German and English
