📋 Description

• Drive the continued development of the internal Finance, People, and Business Operations functions, currently comprising 8 FTEs • Ensure efficient, scalable, and cross-functional collaboration as the company continues to grow • Lead and continuously develop the Finance team in close coordination with the CFO • Establish organizational structures, responsibilities, and governance within Finance • Optimize Finance processes, expand automation, and implement appropriate systems and KPIs • Lead and develop the People team • Ensure efficient and scalable People structures, processes, and responsibilities • Provide strategic support to business functions in Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations • Further develop People processes and tools to support managers • Implement strategic changes in collaboration with the executive team and Chief of Staff • Continue building the Business Operations function • Further develop core company processes across Data Protection, Legal, Compliance, Insurance, and Corporate Governance • Establish clear standards, responsibilities, and efficient administrative processes with internal and external stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of leadership experience in a senior management role • Experience leading and developing teams in complex, growing organizational structures • Broad understanding of business administration and operations • Ability to assess Finance, People, and Business Operations from a functional perspective and understand their interdependencies • Experience adapting internal company functions, processes, and responsibilities to growing organizational structures • Solution-oriented, pragmatic, and hands-on approach • Clear communication and strong leadership skills • Confident working with the executive team and business functions • Fluent communication skills in German and English • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Miro, Langdock, and Personio, or willingness to use these tools
