📋 Description

• Perform recurring plan administration services under the supervision of senior analysts • Triage, research, and respond to participant issues, including eligibility, calculation errors, and service delivery • Triage and research system issues to confirm adherence to requirements • Review benefit reports, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and act as needed • Process retirement benefit applications • Verify information accuracy and research/investigate past service and related credits • Prepare and deliver training to team members • Work cooperatively with plan administrators to complete tasks and projects and ensure unified service delivery • Follow and update documentation to maintain complete, accurate work papers and audit trails • Serve as a contact with clients’ human resources personnel and vendor support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Pension and/or Defined Benefits • Expert knowledge of Pension and/or Defined Benefits • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Pension calculations and Audit Support • Experience in reporting, SQL, and Data Analysis • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook • Ability to communicate with clients about pensions
