📋 Description

• Manage inbound calls • Answer questions regarding kits sent to beneficiaries • Perform walkthroughs on forms beneficiaries must complete to commence benefits • Check on stop and reissuing cases • Work on death kits • Manage inboxes • Collaborate with the team • Support participants and beneficiaries by responding to benefit-related inquiries and providing guidance throughout the benefits process

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years or older • Have a High School Diploma, or equivalent • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test • Must be knowledgeable with pension accounts (DB skills) • Must have strong organization skills • Must have excellent time management skills • Must have strong customer service mindset with clear, professional communication and the ability to follow instructions accurately • Must pass an internet speed test: download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175 • Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router • Must reside in an eligible US state or municipality; the company is not currently hiring in AK, AZ, CA, CT, CO, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MO, MT, NE, NJ, NY, RI, OR, VT, WA, or the listed metro areas
