📋 Description

• Provide professional customer service support via inbound calls • Handle high-volume call center interactions efficiently and accurately • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely manner • Maintain accurate records through data entry and system updates • Follow company processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines • Meet productivity, attendance, and performance metrics • Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction • Complete Week 1 classroom training and Weeks 2–3 supported call handling

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Minimum of 6 months of call center, customer service, or dispatch experience • Strong communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Proficient in English • Ability to successfully complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting • Must be available to work any 8-hour shift, Monday through Sunday • Secure wired high-speed internet connection with verified speed test of at least 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload; Wi-Fi not permitted • Dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, and quiet, distraction-free environment • Complete mandatory 3-week paid training program • Maintain average quiz score of 80% or higher and complete all required E-Learning courses • Applicants must be located in the United States, excluding AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, FL, IL, ME, MD, MA, MS, NJ, NY, OR, RI, TX, VT, WA, Washington, DC, and Minneapolis, MN
