📋 Description

• Provide leadership and strategic oversight for a key business area supporting a Medical Information program for a prominent pharmaceutical company • Manage performance and results of teams and functions contributing to service delivery, revenue generation, and operational profitability • Guide professional staff, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to achieve business goals • Lead delivery of customer contracts and relationships as a strategic partner • Drive contractual performance measures and maintain overall function/account governance • Oversee global Medical Information service delivery teams across multiple geographies • Manage team performance, reviews, training, hiring, and staff development • Manage program P&L performance and maximize operational efficiency • Identify business opportunities and challenges and define strategic initiatives • Collaborate with sales and account teams on client negotiations and contract execution • Maintain account performance and fulfill client expectations • Foster continuous improvement and ensure KPIs are met or exceeded • Promote team career growth, engagement, and retention • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all markets • Collaborate with WFM on staffing, cross-training, and resource utilization

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in medical affairs preferred • Experience managing healthcare, pharmaceutical, or contact center operations within a Medical Information setting highly preferred • Familiarity with client CRM platforms • Strong judgment and ability to manage risk • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders • Strong orientation toward client satisfaction • Commitment to a patient-centric approach • Ability to lead and motivate large teams • Ability to travel internationally on occasion
