📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad hoc sales performance, quota, and target reports for sales leadership using advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL • Manage quota and sales target processes, including baseline creation, realignments, historical tracking, and the annual quota planning cycle • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting and data used for sales performance reviews, leadership presentations, and planning activities • Identify efficiencies, streamline reporting, and improve data accessibility and reliability through process improvement initiatives • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams • Independently resolve complex operational problems • Perform additional duties and tasks as directed by the manager based on business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Business Administration or Information Systems, or equivalent; certifications preferred • 5 years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, business planning, finance, sales operations, or related fields • 3 years in Power BI and SQL for querying, transforming, and visualizing data • Experience with quota management, target setting, planning processes, and performance analytics • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams and explain data and solutions • No visa sponsorship • No relocation
